Venizelio Conservatory of Chania is located at Nikiforos Fokas Street and it is housed in a neoclassical building founded in 1931 under the expense of Elena Venizelos. It has theater room with a stage and balcony, with a capacity of 300 seats and belongs to the "Association for the dissemination of Fine Arts in Crete." Today hosts the Regional Theatre of Crete and the Mixed Choir of Chania.
